Half a day - 4 hours

This is a smart program for those who are too busy and don’t have enough time to commit to monthly sessions and just want to get the most useful information in a day. You will have the chance to spend half a day with Donna and learn how to shop healthy.
· Education on how to read labels.
· Discover hidden ingredients that are harmful.
· Delicious and nutritious lunch together.
· 30 minute call the following week.
· Trip to grocery store.

3 Months Package

This is for those who are really looking to make a change in their lifestyle and ready for a fresh and healthy start. I will help you become stronger and more confident while teaching you vital tools to carry throughout day and day life. During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. i will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable.
Included:
· 6 Sessions - Six 60 Minutes phone calls, precisely 2 per Month.
· Learn about primary food and secondary food.
· Discuss portion Control.
· Education on how to read labels and look out for harmful ingredients.
· Pantry and refrigerator makeover.
· Detailed grocery list to get you get started.

Yacht Package (7 days)

One 60-minute introductory session, followed by two 30-minute sessions

This package offers the opportunity to stay healthy during your holiday and achieve a balanced lifestyle you can bring back with you in your everyday life.
I will guide you providing you the tools to follow a healthier life and encourage you to be accountable.
